At Face by Tiara Mona’, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients efficiently, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee (or a percentage of the service cost.) No-Shows: • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. • After two no-shows, future appointments may require prepayment. Late Arrivals: • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service, and it may be treated as a cancellation. Deposits • Deposits are non refundable and can be held for a duration of up to 6 months in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule.
